Non so se questa classifica sia già stata fatta, ma in vista del nuovo disco stilerei di ogni disco la migliore canzone all'interno di esso: è molto dura sceglierne solo una, comunque se proprio uno guarda a quella che ama maggiormente e più volte ascoltare di ogni album io comincerei col fare questa classifica.....:

vedo che carnival si aggiudica l'indubbio palmares di passo falso, non sono l'unico a non citarlo...e che l'immensa tears or falling nonostante la grandezza di quell album emerge con forza, tranne il buon simphony

Sì lo so che pare una battaglia persa a quanto vedo......... e che sarò ripetitivo.......... ma x me Carnival of Souls è un gran bel disco quanto a qualità delle canzoni, soprattutto quelle di Gene che qui si è riabilitato rispetto a ciò che componeva nella seconda metà degli anni 80, anadatevele a riascoltre con maggior attenzione e meno superficialità. Penso che sia stato il sound e la produzione del disco a dargli un taglio "sbagliato" e forse a "mortificarlo" rispetto allo stile sempre bello allegro e stradaiolo e rock'n roll tipico di tutta la carriera dei nostri eroi sia negli anni 70 che 80 ma anche con Revenge, loro sempre marchio di fabbrica da quando sono nati pur cambiando diversi generi e stile nel corso degli anni........ oh! è una mia personale opinione e in quanto tale opinabile

Io a dire il vero mi ero dimenticato...
L'ho aggiunto!... anche perchè per me "jungle" su Carnival è veramente una bella perla.

E come non potrebbe!...

 

be who wants to be lonely è li anche per motivi personali...
e poi è fantastica!

a dimenticavo benarrivato spaceace, a quanto pare su questo topic il buon vecchio spaceman furoreggia... bene sono contento!

 

secondo me più che altro passa inosservato tra grandi capolavori come revenge e psycho circus, nonostante tutto sommato sia un buon album...
anche se notevolmente sotto la media dei KISS
