speriamo, mi hanno fatto salire la curiosità a mille

 

Qualche tempo fa avevo letto un articolo dove veniva citata proprio la futura distribuzione di "Lords of Chaos" ma non riesco più a trovarlo per linkarlo qua, forse però io o altri lo avevamo già postato nelle pagine precedenti di questa discussione, ma mi scoccia spulciarla tutta per ripescarlo

Su letterboxd ci sono le prime recensioni di chi l'ha visto al sundance, tutte molto positive, la maggior parte han dato 4 stelle su 5; anche se continuano a sbagliare dicendo death metal invece che black...

Sundance 2018 Review: LORDS OF CHAOS is an Unapologetically Ferocious Coming-of-Age Story - Daily Dead

"I saw this movie at its premiere at Sundance film festival. Let's just say that if you're hoping for the slightest bit of hagiography or accuracy in terms of how the characters are depicted, you'll be sorely disappointed, especially in regards to the Euronymous character who will make you cringe towards the end before he gets murdered. Characters like Faust, Hellhammer and Snorre are completely devoid of personality, it's really just about Euronymous and Varg who are themselves reduced to stereotypes with only tangential accuracy. The tone of the movie is goofy/silly and the overall story and theme is, as you might predict, about how a juvenile drunken metal youth culture turned super serious and tryhard because of one weirdo's suicide. The actual musical evolution of black metal is briefly referenced in about 5 seconds worth of screen time, but there is about a minute's worth of a fake live performance of Freezing Moon which felt very weird to me to watch in a theater. As a movie product in and of itself, it's not very artfully done, more like boilerplate Hollywood with standard boring moments of comedic relief and very superficial characters that are only in the movie as a device just to get the plot moving (none more than the painfully obviously superfluous female character). The critical reception at Sundance was pretty lukewarm. I don't think it will make much of an impact other than pissing off a few black metallers"

Immagini bene Intanto vedo che su IMDb i trve blackster son riusciti a far calare il voto del film sotto la sufficienza prima ancora che sia uscito nelle sale
