Techno-thrash

Questo l'avevo sentito su youtube tempo fa. Più che thrash puro è più power-thrash. Ci avevo trovato spunti interessanti, ma non l'ho mai approfondito molto, mi aveva annoiato un po'.

 

Ragazzuoli! Forse ne avevo già parlato, ma ora che li sto ascoltando con frequenza e attenzione non potevo non condividere con voi tale eden musicale.

Mi riferisco agli inglesi Inner Sanctum, band nei primi anni '90 ha composto una serie di EP di eccelso valore, compresi nell'ottima compilation "Knowledge At Hand: The Anthology" uscita nel 2013 dai fenomeni della DiveBomb, comprata a scatola chiusa e rivelatasi una sorpresa assoluta!

Che dire, un Prog/Thrash vicinissimo ai colleghi Watchtower e Toxik, ma decisamente più melodico, meno Thrash e più proprimente vicino ad un certo Heavy/Power.

Consigliati un po' a chiunque, un ascolto valido per tutti.

Non mi va di postare l'immagine, ma Marquee Records ha ristampato/sta per ristampare nel silenzio assoluto i primi due degli svizzeri Poltergeist.

News anche dagli Hexenhaus:

Greetings.

Many have asked when Hexenahus will release the upcoming album "At the spirals end". Well, here is the good news: the album is almost done. We have recorded most of the material (there are some minor arangements that need to be added, mixing and mastering). There's not much work left to be done. The reason for the delayed release is simply, life. We've been busy living and also making music with different bands. Mike Wead has been quite busy with King Diamond for example. The REALLY good news is the fact that (as soon as King Diamond finishes the US tour) Mike and the band will focus on putting the finishing touch on this great piece of art. We'te talking about a progressive concept album that revolves around one narrative. No interruptions, no silence between tracks...just one dynamic, creative journey into the world of Hexenhaus. (We will probably code the album in segments to make it possible to "fast forward" though).

To sum everything up: we've noticed that many fans have been waiting patiently and we are proud to tell you that the Hexenhaus album will most certainly be finished early next year. Horns up brothers and sisters! /,,/

Scusate anche qui l'arrivo a bomba, ma avrei una domanda/richiesta:

Sapreste indicarmi delle band Techno-Thrash con una line-up alla maniera dei Metallica/Megadeth (quindi col cantante che è anche chitarrista possibilmente sia ritmico che solista e che non abbia una voce totalmente growl, coadiuvato da basso, batteria ed altra chitarra ritmico-solista), band che abbiano fatto roba valida (oltre ai Vektor ed ai Pestilence che già conosco, e che sono quest'ultimi da me considerati più sul versante Death...)... grazie in anticipo ))
