grazie per la news, dura però che mi rivedranno mi sa.. a parte il fatto che chiedono prezzi ASSURDI non mi immagino che splendida setlist proporranno.. mi sa che dovrò accontentarmi di averli visti solo una volta quando suonavano ancora il genere che piaceva a me..

 

Quanto dovrebbe costare un biglietto ?

se non sbaglio l'ultima volta era circa 35..

 

da soli, 35 senza prevendita nel 2012
per fare un raffronto, helloween e gamma ray nello stesso periodo 30 senza prevendita
che è tanto eh, ma..

 

prezzo del biglietto:
30€ + diritti di prevendita, 35€ la sera del concerto

 

Ma i Sonata Arctica del 2013 valgono 35 euro? Io direi proprio di no, col cuore triste, ma la risposta è no.

 

concordo; guarderò comunque la setlist (che già immagino) e i gruppi di supporto ma la vedo dura che mi vedranno..

 

On March, 28th the new SONATA ARCTICA album "Pariah's Child" will be released. It is the band's eighth studio album and the follow up to their successful "Stones Grow Her Name".

Today the beautiful cover artwork for "Pariah's Child" will be released. Vocalist Tony Kakko explains he thoughts behind the album title and the artwork like this:
"As always it's pretty hard coming up with a name for the new baby. I tried to approach it from many angles; how this is our 8th album and how easy it would be to abuse that fact. All the symbolism of figure eight, eternity and so on. But that just did not feel right as it's been done so many times. Then I started to think how we'd in ways abandoned our "totem animal", the wolf and all what comes with the territory. As the music on the album is bowing more towards the "old" Sonata, meaning more power metal style elements and wolves in many of the songs in one form or another, it was clear we need a wolf on the cover. An abandoned wolf. A pariah. Or Pariah's child, actually. The new generation to bring the old logo back."

Il ritorno al vecchio logo se l'erano già spoilerato con le locandine del tour.

 

questa è un ottima notizia. Finalmente i sonata torneranno in parte alle origini con il loro nuovo album. Cmq la copertina è veramente bella. Semplice ma in pieno stile sonata. Mi piace molto.

 

azz non ci avevo mica fatto caso...

 

La cover fa tanto Wolf & Raven part 2.
Spero non succeda come i Cradle Of Filth, che dopo le critiche dei fan su Thornography son tornati forzatamente al vecchio stile facendo imitazioni scialbe dei primi album senza invece continuare con quello che piaceva loro, che già era successo con The Days of Grays e suonava posticcio.

 

L'ideale per me sarebbe ripartire da Reckoning Night e proseguire da lì, certo non dimenticandosi delle sperimentazioni degli ultimi dischi, tenendo però di questi ultimi solo le cose più riuscite!

 

le sperimentazioni ci saranno sicuro. di certo non faranno un disco al 100% power metal, questo è poco ma sicuro. Diciamo che a livello sonoro se fosse sulla scia di reckoning night non sarebbe male. Poi quello che conta cmq alla fin fine è la bontà dei pezzi
