Oh, comunque sta cantante non è durata tanto, dopo 2 mesi dall'uscita del disco l'avevano già cambiata, causa lavoro e studi di lei (organizzazione, questa sconosciuta).
Adesso ci sta Marie Rouyer, tanto per capire Daughter of the night e On the road to Babylon.
Il 5 Gennaio cominceranno le registrazioni del terzo album.

Official statement from our label Scarlet Records : 'Symphony For A Hopeless God’ is the third album of French Symphonic Metal band Whyzdom. After two successful albums relying on the power of Symphonic Orchestra and Metal riffing, as well as on the beauty of female voices, they push their own “Philharmonic Metal” concept one step further, adding an even more cinematic edge to their songs. Orchestra has never been so powerful. Choirs have never been so haunting. Riffs have never been so compelling. And vocals have never been so intense, ranging from pure and fragile melodies to harsh growls, all provided by mezzo-soprano Marie Rouyer. ‘Symphony For A Hopeless God’ depicts the constant need of humans to rely on the irrational to guide their life, and to give up their own freedom of thought, speech and action on behalf of what we know as “religion”. Slaughters, genocides, ethnic cleansings, have too often been committed in the name of religion. What would God think of that if he really existed? This is exactly what this album is all about. 'Symphony For A Hopeless God' was produced by Vynce Leff, recorded, mixed and mastered in Paris at Powermania Studio, assisted by Mathieu Gillon (120dB Studio). The album will be available starting from February 17th, 2015.

Appena ascoltato il nuovo cd.
Direi che fa dimenticare il secondo se non fosse che già non me lo ricordo a parte la noia che procurava. La prima canzone è un semi plagio del primo cd, il resto dell'album si rifà enormemente, anche per il precedente.

A first DVD !

Dear Friends,

In case you missed previous announcements : Marie is pregnant and we won't have any gig until sept/oct 2016. But this doesn't mean that we will stay inactive ! We will have a few surprises for you in the mean time. Here is the first one !

We are working on the release of an "Official Bootleg DVD". It's meant to be a collection piece, *only* available to purchase at our gigs and in our own webstore !

The first part of this DVD will be our whole gig from the Female Metal Event (FemME) in Eindhoven, shot by 7 cameras with a top notch mix and mastering of the sound track. Track listing is :
1 - While The Witches Burn
2 - Tears Of A Hopeless God
3 - Atlantis
4 - Eve's Last Daughter
5 - Let's Play With Fire
6 - On The Road To Babylon

The second part will be made of several songs from other concerts (all shot by several cameras), with mastered sound recorded directly from the audience. Set list is not completely settled yet, but rest assured that you'll find classic Whyzdom songs like Daughter Of The Night, Everlasting Child, Cathedral Of The Damned, The Spider, and more !

The DVD will be released in March. In the meantime, you will be able to preorder it directly from our webstore. By doing so, you'll help us a lot by covering part of the DVD pressing cost, and by letting us figuring out how many pieces we should make for you. All preorders will be shipped 2 weeks in advance, so they arrive for sure 1 week before the official release date. They will be signed by all the band, plus, one very important thing : your name (or your nickname if you prefer) will be printed in the DVD booklet ! - You'll be forever part of Whyzdom History !!!
